Member Services Manager (MSM):
Description -
This will be the facility manager. You will manage the staff at the this location. This can be a very rewarding job which allows you to connect with a community of people. You will meet lots of new people and form lots of new connections. It will literally change your life.
Requirements -
MUST BE BILINGUAL. Must speak both English and Spanish. You must be fluent in English.
You MUST be organized and have proficiency with software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google sheets, and Google docs. There is no time to learn these things on the job.
This job requires a lot of autonomy. If you do not have a lot of management experience you will not be considered. We are looking someone that can be depended on without a lot of supervision.
Responsibilities -
You will be creating the schedule, keeping track of inventory, covering shifts, ordering food and drink items from distributors, managing staff, answering emails, and more. There is always something to do but the job is not overly demanding. We do require that you keep a good rapport with members. It is extremely important that members have good vibes when they come into the club. We are not overly sales driven so you can focus on building a fantastic product rather than selling a mediocre one.
Compensation -
You will receive $30 per hour to start. You will be on a probationary period for 3 months while we evaluate if you are the right fit for the position. Afterwards you will be given a raise based on performance.

Member Services Associate
Description -
This is the employee you see at the front desk when you come into the gym. We do not give full time schedules for this position. Most desk workers only get 16-20 hours per week. If you work multiple locations more hours could be available.
Requirements -
Being a desk worker requires above average math skills, basic logic and reasoning skills, but most of all investigation skills. A lot of what a desk worker does is trying to understand member’s accounts when there is a problem.
Compensation -
Pay is $15 to start with a 1 month probationary period. After the probationary period you will be given a $1 raise to $16 per hour.

Cleaning Staff:
Description -
We are looking for someone to do deep cleaning of the facility. The cleaning will be what the desk staff is not able to get to during normal staffed hours. A lot of the general cleaning is done by the desk worker but cleaning all the nooks and crannies are needed to be done by a dedicated cleaning person.
Requirements -
We require that you work 16-20 hours a week but the schedule is somewhat flexible. You are the last line of defense against bad reviews for cleanliness so your work is expected to be exceptional.
Responsibilities -
This is a cleaning position in a gym so the cleaning is endless. Dust bunnies and crumpled up pieces of paper towels will be your biggest enemy but some enemies like bacteria will not be as easily visible. Mopping and cleaning bathrooms(toilets) are a part of the job so if you cannot handle that this is not the job for you.
Compensation -
The pay is $16 to start with a 1 month probationary period. After the probationary period you will be given a raise to $20 per hour.

Personal Trainers
Description -
Our personal trainers are held to the highest standards. We expect our trainers to be knowledgable, responsible, and motivated.
Requirements - A strong desire to better the lives of your clients is paramount to selling sessions. Certification is required, preferably with ISSA or NASM.
Responsibilities - Showing up for your client is our number one requirement.
Compensation -
Pay: $32 per 1 hour session to start. Pay per session goes up as session counts increase.
